Last Friday, I had the pleasure of joining a group of ladies who have been offering monthly storytelling sessions for children from the community.
The children would also have an art activity each time and that is when I shared my take on paper cutting.
It was marvellous seeing how these children persevere even though the cutting of the more intricate parts required some skills and patience. Their unique choice of “fabric” and the joy when sharing their final pieces are memorable moments for me.
