Joy of Learning

Recently, I was able to conduct a one-day Joy of Learning workshop with preschool teachers, in collaboration with The Learning Caravan. It was conducted in Mandarin.

We enjoyed learning together as we experientially explored TIM-BUG-Tool alongside Multiple Intelligences and the Reggio Emilia’s Approach, ending the day with Reflective Practice.

The best moment is seeing the delight on the faces of the participants and the hope is that they bring back this same joy of learning with them into their interactions with their young ones. This is what learning and teaching creatively about.

It Happened – A Place in Our Hearts

On Saturday, 21 July, a community event planned by Moses took place: A Place in Our Hearts – Toa Payoh. Teams spent the morning exploring Toa Payoh and making an ebook with the iPads provided.

In this morning of smiles and much kindness, generous helping, and meaningful time spent together, a total of 14 ebooks were made. These are available at for viewing.

This was Moses’ personal project, and he is grateful to get the support of volunteers and partners and the HDB’s Friendly Faces Lively Places fund to be able to bring the joy of creating with technology to more people and encouraging the spending time to pause and explore possibilities.
